It is essential to attend church if you want to have better spiritual health and reduce stress levels which have shown many churchgoers have lower mortality rate. Many people go to charge due to the social support they received and have a sense of connection and community towards something bigger. It is better to go to church to get moral and social support but will take a lot of participation from their members of the church community.
